Montgomeryville’s Nappen & Associates Begins Construction in Hatfield

Bailey Dickerson

A leading industrial real estate developer, Montgomeryville-based Nappen & Associates, has begun construction on its latest building in Hatfield.

Located at 1900 Bethlehem Pike in Hatfield, the property will be a 213,593 square foot, state-of-the-art warehouse facility.

Nappen & Associates has been making diligent progress on the construction of this new facility. The pouring process of the building’s concrete foundation began in early September and the floor is expected to be completed by the end of the month. Additionally, the formations of the exterior tilt-up walls have already started to be put in place.

The unusually high ceiling of this facility—a tremendous 42 feet—makes this property unique compared to the other industrial properties found within the Montgomery Country industrial real estate market.

Furthermore, the Hatfield property will come equipped with 32 tailgates with dock levelers, 4 drive-in doors, an early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinkler system, and 529 parking spaces, giving the property ample versatility for many different kinds of businesses.

As more businesses seek larger warehouses in industrial hubs, like the Lehigh Valley, Nappen & Associates is hoping to attract similar businesses to Hatfield that can utilize this cube space.

The estimated completion of 1900 Bethlehem Pike is the Summer of 2021.

For the last 50 years, Nappen & Associates has specialized in the development, construction and continuing management of industrial/flex space in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, and provides customers with the highest quality structures that have attractive exteriors.

Having developed approximately 3.5 million square feet, ranging in size from 2,200 to 340,000 square feet, Nappen and its affiliated companies successfully meet the needs of a wide variety of tenants.
