However, any developers that may have been hoping to get their hands on the 93-acre property are out of luck. The farm sits on agriculturally-zoned land that is preserved under Pennsylvania’s Act 319.

The owner, Sloane Six, said she wants the property to either remain a farm or have other agrarian uses, such as a horse farm or winery.

“There was enough development going on in this area,” said Six.

In addition to the 7,400-square-foot house, the property includes a pool, detached seven-car garage, and a pond with a 20-foot waterfall. As a bonus, an additional home can also be built on the designated lot on the property.

The home itself boasts four fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, formals spaces with stunning architectural details, and several casual gathering spaces.
