Like many small businesses, nonprofits, schools, and colleges, we too are feeling the impact of coronavirus in Montgomery County.

We’re still plugging away and will continue to provide twice-daily updates on efforts to beat back the coronavirus across the county and region.

As so many businesses shift their focus to keeping their lights on and their employees busy, we have taken a financial hit.

The ultimate impact remains to be seen, which is, frankly, a scary proposition.

We do not anticipate scaling back the flow of Montgomery County stories in the near term; however, what is happening to businesses, nonprofits, and local governments — especially when they are shut down — will inherently affect us, and it could be drastic.

We ask in this time of crisis to please, if you are able, help support our community, particularly locally owned businesses and Montgomery County’s vulnerable populations.
