Kristen and Josh Oestreich, who live in East Norriton, have gone from childhood friends to building a happy family of five that just recently added its latest member, baby girl Shiloh Grace, writes Anndee Hochman for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The couple have known each other for nearly their entire lives. Their parents became friends nearly four decades ago after meeting in a Bible study group. When Kristen moved to Georgia with her parents, the two families stayed in touch and continued to visit.

Kristen and Josh lost touch during their high school and college years, when both of them experienced some rough patches. Once they reconnected as young adults, they realized they were both once again on the same path led by their faith.

So they began spending more time together, and just after Thanksgiving 2010, Josh proposed. They tied the knot the following August.

Then after a very early miscarriage, they welcomed their first child into the family, a boy named Caleb Joshua. His sister Lenna Glory followed two years late, and baby Shiloh rounded off the happy family in September.
