Plymouth Meeting’s Inovio Pharmaceuticals is engaged in the development of a new generation of vaccines, called synthetic vaccines, focused on cancers and infectious diseases. Inovio is at the forefront of the development of a vaccine for the Coronavirus.

IT Applications Specialist

This position ensures that all enterprise- and business-specific applications are functionally appropriate and compatible with corporate infrastructure; analyzes new or existing business processes and translates into technology requirements; and ensures that business applications are working.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or a related discipline; three years of experience in IT application development, analysis, and support; and one year of experience within a life sciences company, including work on regulatory business functions.

Regulatory Affairs Operations and Submissions Associate

This position oversees US and ex-US document-level publishing, formatting, and document quality control; develops regulatory operations standards and processes for electronic publishing; and educates teams about developing, updating, and maintaining Inovio’s submission processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of regulatory operations experience within the pharmaceutical industry; working knowledge and experience in regulatory submissions and product life cycle management; and familiarity with CTD, ICH, and GCP.

Senior Clinical Scientist

This position authors or prepares clinical protocols, informed consent forms, clinical study reports, regulatory documents, and other clinical documents; ensures compliance with SOPS and GCP and ICH guidelines; and leads multidisciplinary project teams to ensure trial deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree and three to five years of clinical research experience; experience with vaccines, infectious diseases, oncology, or women’s health; and experience in protocol development, study implementation, and study management.
