Registration is now open for the seventh annual ManuFest and More. The event will take place on March 10 at The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks.

“Manufacturing and construction trades are growing and vital parts of the Montgomery County economy, creating over 70,000 jobs in our community,” said Dr. Valerie A. Arkoosh, Montgomery County Board of Commissioners Chair.
Yet, despite offering good pay, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement, employers are struggling to fill these positions.
“Manu-Fest and More 2020” is an opportunity for students and their parents to learn about the well-paying, innovative, and plentiful job opportunities that are available in both manufacturing and the building trades,” said Arkoosh.
The event will include demonstrations of current products and projects, hand-on activities, and the opportunity to hear from industry leaders from various manufacturing and trades areas. John Shegda of M&S Centerless Grinding will be the keynote speaker.
Manufacturing and trades companies that would like to exhibit and be part of the event can register here.
Teachers may also register students by contacting Kathleen Candelore.
