Marketing Coordinator

This position assists in the implementation of marketing activities to gain market share, build brand awareness, and achieve revenue objectives in relevant markets; helps update and maintain marketing collateral, promotional calendars, and assets; and assists with administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline; basic knowledge and comfort in CMS systems, including Drupal and WordPress; and knowledge of administration and management of email marketing automation platforms.

Business Analyst

This position serves as project manager for implementing a paperless accounts payable routing system; audits all invoices and requests for payment submitted to the accounts payable department; and resolves questions regarding invoices with both vendors and University employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; a minimum of three to five years of experience in accounting or finance; exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills; and knowledge of Banner software.

Preventative Maintenance Mechanic

This position maintains and operates HVAC equipment as necessary; operates power plant and related equipment in the performance of preventative maintenance; performs minor electrical repairs and replaces small motors; and maintains equipment logs and work orders as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a technical school; four years of experience or training in the maintenance and operation of power plant equipment; some experience in maintaining a power plant of comparable size; and a valid driver’s license.
