People whose New Year’s resolutions included eating better should head out to True Food Kitchen in King of Prussia, which offers healthy options packed with plenty of flavors, writes Vittoria Woodill for the CBS Philly.

True Food Kitchen, which has locations all over the country, was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, a renowned physician and doctor of integrative medicine. His anti-inflammatory pyramid is behind every healthy item available on the menu.

His philosophy is simple: great food does not have to taste bland. To help achieve that, the food contains a lot of garlic, onion, and even ginger.

“You’re going to leave here full and happy,“ claims the restaurant.

Diners can start with the eatery’s wellness shot, which is made from pomegranate, ginger, and sea buckthorn – a Himalayan berry that is heavy in antioxidants and vitamin C.

Among the other numerous healthy options on the menu are the Thai coconut sea bass, delicious chicken teriyaki, and a meatless Unbeetable Burger made with beets, chickpeas, and plenty of toppings that truly make it stand out.
