Client Services Supervisor (Bala Cynwyd)

This position manages the day-to-day scheduling of patients and field staff as ordered by the physician; develops and distributes accurate client services in a timely manner; advises field staff and caregivers on the provision of exceptional customer service; and problem solves customer service issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and some healthcare operations experience; prior supervisory experience in a high-volume work environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Executive Director (Bala Cynwyd)

This position manages the day-to-day operations for the branch; attends and participates in staff meetings, required in-services, agency PI activities, and other meetings as required; and promotes a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to agency policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one to two years of experience in home health administration or operations management; experience with private duty nursing; and knowledge of home health service procedures and reimbursement policies.

Pediatric Clinical Supervisor (Bala Cynwyd)

This position reviews physician orders and compares to the plans of care and documentation; ensures adherence to state, federal, and company policies and procedures; oversees internal case management; and leads the orientation, development, and competency assessment of clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in nursing and a Pennsylvania RN license in good standing; a minimum of one year of hands-on nursing experience; a minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience; and current CPR certification.
