Marketing Director, PWM

This position works closely with PWM’s sales and service team to support new client acquisition, education, and retention; oversees marketing and new business development efforts by developing direct business-to-consumer strategies; and develops awareness campaigns and in-person events.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and an MBA; a minimum of seven years of relevant direct business-to-customer experience in financial services; and knowledge of digital/social media marketing sales, program development, and distribution strategies.

Operations Analyst, Separately Managed Accounts

This position provides support to investment managers by overseeing the day-to-day changes on accounts; opens and closes accounts, processes account maintenance items, and transaction reconciliations; and performs quality control checks of new accounts and maintenance items.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline; intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel; strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills; and prior internship experience.

Institutional Solutions Analyst

This position works with sales and relationship management teams to deliver new solutions as the marketplace evolves; manages unique solution team projects in support of the institutional client base; and maintains an understanding of competitive solutions, new trends, and products.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of financial services experience, preferably institutional asset management or related experience; basic knowledge of asset allocation and characteristics of asset classes; and strong analytical/quantitative skills.
