Phenom People, the Ambler-based HR software company, is one of the seven Philadelphia-area companies that made Deloitte’s latest Technology Fast 500 list, writes Kennedy Rose for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The list ranks the fastest-growing technology companies in North America. Their growth rate is based on the percentage of fiscal year revenue growth in the 2015 to 2018 period.

The companies featured on the list must have a minimum base-year operating revenue of $50,000 and a current-year operating revenue of at least $5 million.

They also have to be headquartered in North America and must be in business for a minimum of four years.

Phenom People, which is located at Ambler Yards, is the highest-ranked on the list among the seven local companies at No. 120 with an impressive 1,045 percent revenue growth.

The company has seen explosive growth in the past several years. Last year, it has managed to raise $22 million in a Series B funding round and had planned to hire 150 people before the end of 2018.

According to the list, the fastest-growing company in North America is New York-based UiPath with 357,458% revenue growth in three years.
