Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

This position works closely with the country recruitment team to ensure execution of approach and process; builds effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches; supports country specific selection processes; and tracks new co-worker orientation and onboarding programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of human resources experience and one year of recruitment and sourcing experience; a proven record of developing people and organizations; and experience with a global matrix organization and/or participating on global projects.

Country Food Manager

This position ensures food quality and operational cost efficiency and effectiveness to secure sales results and profitability; acts as a member of the commercial management team and contributes to the company’s business plan; and ensures safe, consistent, and high food quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience leading teams within food and beverage at the corporate level; a minimum of five years of leadership experience; and experience managing sales prioritization, forecasting, pricing and margin.

Unit People & Culture Manager

This position ensures a qualitative and up-to-date succession plan by making use of global tools and processes for succession planning; oversees the internal investigation process from commencement to conclusion; and provides support and guidance to ensure a consistent co-worker experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of HR generalist experience; SHRM-CP, SCP, SPHR, or PHR certification(s); demonstrated experience with all HR disciplines; and experience with talent management, development, and succession.
