“Valley Forge Properties and other Tornetta related entities have helped shape landscape of East Norriton Township – in particular the Germantown Pike commercial corridor – for more than four decades to bring community-minded and productive real estate developments here including retail shopping centers, light industrial buildings, office and executive campuses, and now the multi-family The Residences at Bentwood,” said Jay Tornetta, President of Tornetta Realty and Valley Forge Properties.  “We share a common goal with East Norriton Township as well as Altman Properties to bring high quality, thoughtful real estate developments to the area.  Once The Residences at Bentwood is complete it will far exceed our goals and expectations.”

“We’ve been a Montgomery County-based business since our inception 71 years ago because it continues to be a stable market during economic tail or head winds,” said Brett Altman, who, with Bob Bluth is partner in Altman Management, Elon Development and Allied Construction Services, each of which has a role in The Residences at Bentwood.  “Our relationship with East Norriton has been terrific; it was serendipitous for us to connect with Tornetta, a business that has such a similar approach to working with municipalities, investing land acquisition.”

The histories of these long-standing business leaders have finally merged with The Residences at Bentwood, a five-story building with 261 luxury apartments on the site of Tornetta’s Bentwood Executive Campus at 201 East Germantown Pike.  The partners connected to fill the gap in housing options for Philadelphia-area residents looking for a luxury rental option.

The Germantown Pike Corridor has seen tremendous growth due to its strong medical and educational career options, as well as its proximity to Philadelphia.

Tornetta owns and manages multi-family apartments, as well as office, retail, and commercial portfolio.

Altman Group and its affiliates own and manage more than 80 apartment communities with thousands of residents.
