Gymboree will close all 900 of its stores as it prepares for another bankruptcy, according to multiple media reports.

There are six stores in Montgomery County.

The company filed for bankruptcy in 2017 and closed more than 400 locations at that time in an attempt to address mounting debt, writes Leada Gore for al.com.

The chain employs some 11,000 people.

CNBC is reporting Gymboree will file for bankruptcy protection later this week and announce it is closing its namesake stores, as well as other brands, Janie and Jack and Crazy 8. Janie and Jack, the chain’s higher-end line, could be saved if a buyer can be found, CNBC reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

Gymboree has not confirmed the reports.
