If you’re a craft beer aficionado and you live in Montgomery County, PA you have to be one happy camper. We’re home to a rather large number of independent breweries and their ranks are swelling once again. No less than five new taprooms are expected to open here within the next few months.

Hatfield is about to become home to Artifact Brewing.  Audubon will soon welcome its second craft brewer when Black Mammoth joins Bald Birds Brewing Co.  McAllister Brewing Company will soon call North Wales home, Perkiomen Valley Brewing will soon be adding a little punch to Green Lane, and Tannery Run Brew Works will be calling Ambler home.

Pennsylvania beer continues to grow. We are already the number one beer producer in the country. And to continue that growth a lot of great breweries are expected to open. These are just some of those breweries. We’ve traveled the state and visited a lot of these, see our previews here, writes breweriesinpa.com.

These breweries are all at different parts of their development. Some have keys in hands, some are still looking for the ideal location and some are close to opening. But either way these all anticipate opening this year. (Listed Alphabetically). Don’t see a brewery listed? Let us know using the contact form at the bottom.
