Responses include those from Tozuda CEO Jessie Garcia, who talks about sensors; Alex Hillman, founder of Indy Hall, who reviews a problem with office lighting; Chad Kaufman, senior director at Think Company, who recalls a complex challenge involving a website redesign for a national energy supplier; and Tom Loretan, senior VP and creative director at Comcast, which redesigned its voice-remote device in 2017.
