Real estate: M&T Realty Capital arranges $6.5M financing for Willow Grove property

M&T Realty Capital Corp.’s CKPP division has arranged a $6.5 million life insurance company loan for the refinance of a 49,888-square-foot retail property located in Willow Grove, Pa.

At 46 percent LTV, the 17-year, 4.22 percent fixed-rate loan is fully amortizing, according to a press release.

The transaction was led by Managing Director Robert Kelly of M&T Realty Capital Corp.’s CKPP division, in collaboration with M&T Bank Senior Relationship Manager Rory Hertzog.
