Rothstein, Saltz take their seats at the Montco Courthouse

Elected to the bench in 2017, the Honorable Wendy G. Rothstein and the Honorable  Jeffrey G. Saltz are two of  Montgomery County’s newest judges.

In introductory interviews at the Montomery Bar Association’s Sidebar Magazine, Rothstein stressed courtroom efficiency, while Saltz stated his firm belief that it is a judge’s obligation to allow lawyers to try their cases.

Outside the courtroom, Saltz, a resident of Lower Merion since the age of 4, was active in the Lower Merion-Narberth Democratic Committee, including a stint as chairman. Rothstein has served Montgomery County in a number of positions. She has been both a discovery master and a civil case master in the Court of Common Pleas, and she was the first woman hired as an attorney at the firm of Pearlstine/Salkin Associates, in 1996.
