Moove In Self Storage has acquired two properties in Lower Pottsgove, as well as a third in Douglassville.
The York-based company has plans to convert or restore the former TriCounty Chrysler dealership, 2148 East High Street, B&S Self Storage, 175 S. Pleasantview Road, both in Lower Pottgrove; and 604 Benjamin Franklin Highway, in Douglassville, writes Donna Rovins at pottsmerc.com.

The plans will add an additional 140,000 square feet of space to the York-based company’s storage portfolio.
The former car dealership, which sits on 6.39 acres, was purchased by Moove In Partners-Pottstown LLC for $2.4 million, according to Montgomery County property records. Purchase price data was not available for the other two locations.
