Under the plan, four parcels at the corner of Ardmore and Lancaster avenues will be consolidated for the construction of a new five-store, mixed-use, building with  32,000 square feet of retail space. The retail space will cover the first two floors for a Target Express. Above the Target will be 35 apartments.

According to figures provided by Chris Leswing, director of Building and Planning, of the 35 apartment units, 11 of them are planned to be one-bedroom while 24 will be two-bedrooms units. The one-bedroom units will be about 800 square feet and the two-bedroom units will be about 1,100 square feet.
