John Giannopoulos, managing partner of the Pottstown-based brewing company, said Wednesday that Sly Fox is exploring a possible location at the outlet center, which straddles the line between West Reading and Wyomissing, but nothing is definite.

“We’re evaluating it currently,” he said. “We’re talking to them. We don’t have a signed lease or anything like that.” Giannopoulos said the location would be in an existing building, as opposed to a newly constructed building, the story continues.

The new site would be separate from a partnership announced in July between Sly Fox and the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts in Reading for a restaurant in the center. That restaurant, known as Belly – Kitchen & Drinkery, will be on the GoggleWorks’ ground floor and will have a small bar area that will feature Sly Fox beers as well as wine and cocktails.

Belly is supposed to open sometime in October, according to its Facebook page.

Sly Fox currently operates two locations: its Brewery and Tastin’ Room in Pottstown, and its Brewhouse and Eatery just outside Phoenixville in East Pikeland Township, Chester County.
