Instructional Designer

This position assists with the development and implementation of e-learning programs and curriculums and supporting material, converts existing learning content into interactive e-learning programs, and assists in the improvement of the quality of learning content.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, a minimum of one year of experience with developing self-paced e-learning modules, and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Captivate 9.

Benefits Manager

This position develops benefits’ strategies and policies that are simple and consistently executed, monitors and researches benefits’ programs in the market, and manages and coordinates all aspects of the annual enrollment process.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, previous experience with the development of a benefits’ strategy and general benefits management, and IFEBP, SHRM-CP, SCP, SPHR, or PHR certification.

Senior Public Relations Specialist

This position provides proactive and reactive press contact and builds relationships with key journalists, implements the spokesperson plan for the assigned focus area, and develops press releases and other documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, specialized knowledge and experience in public relations, promotions, and/or communications, and a strong understanding of the media and the ability to foster beneficial relationships.

Project Controller Specialist

This position helps secure up to date, accurate project budgets, works with the finance team to organize all project costs, helps provide accurate forecasting, and facilitates proactive budget management and cost-reductions.
