Executive Account Manager

This position manages vendor selection, procurement processes, and aligns resources with customer requirements, develops and executes specific account business plans, and converts leads into sales opportunities by developing and implementing strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business, though an MBA is a plus, a minimum of five years of successful customer-facing sales experience, and knowledge of various vertical markets.

Maintenance Mechanic

This position is responsible for the operation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of all related HVAC equipment, electrical circuits, and plumbing fixtures, performs minor carpentry and electrical tasks, and assembles, installs, repairs, and maintains cold and hot water systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical trades or trade school certification in applicable disciplines and a minimum of two years of experience in the maintenance of building central plant equipment, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical systems.

Vendor Product Sales Specialist
