King of Prussia is getting a new living option in the new flexible-stay residence Korman Communities is creating at the Village at Valley Forge, writes Sandy Smith for Philadelphia Magazine.

Work on the building has already started, and is expected to be completed this winter. The facility is part of Korman’s AVE suburban living option, which is aimed at a wide range of potential residents.

“AVE is a hybrid, specializing in fully furnished suites with flexible leases for the business traveler, corporate relocation and individual in transition, as well as unfurnished residences,” said Lee Anne Welsh, president of AVE and chief operating officer of Korman Communities.

The complex will offer 273 units in combination with all the amenities of a high-end resort and the services of a hotel. These include a high-tech fitness center, business center, media theater and lounge. The facility will also have a resort-style outdoor pool and other recreational facilities.

Residents of the AVE complex will also be able to take advantage of several added benefits such as health and fitness classes, wellness services, and a weekday club breakfast. There will also be seasonally themed events and monthly catered receptions for residents to mingle.
