Accounting Manager
This position manages the daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, the general ledger, and more, reconciles and approves expense reports, and monitors the preparation and filing of payroll tax, W2s, and 1099s.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a minimum of five to ten years of accounting experience, and advertising/communications agency experience.

Senior Art Director
This position leads the development of creative concepts and executions of assigned projects, collaborates on the scheduling and supervision of all projects, and provides leadership and direction to internal and freelance designers.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of experience working in an agency in a creative position, experience in a client-facing role and managing junior team members, and an exceptional portfolio containing original digital and print concepts.

Jr. Content Manager
This position organizes claims and creates editorial brand style guidelines, assists with the preparation and annotation of med/legal submissions, and reviews, edits, and proofreads to ensure the quality of finished projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in English or writing, one to three years of experience working in an agency in an editing, proofreading, and/or writing, and demonstrated creative editing, proofreading, and copy skills.

Assistant Managing Producer
