The King of Prussia District (KOP-BID) will gather industry partners and members of the community at its 2017 Annual Report Luncheon to discuss the state of King of Prussia and the suburban Philadelphia region.

The luncheon is scheduled for March 23, from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM at the Sheraton Valley Forge’s Grand Ballroom.

The keynote speaker, Adam Ducker, Managing Director of Urban Real Estate at RCLCO, will discuss how Philadelphia’s suburban geography is changing and why King of Prussia is among America’s “suburban winners.”

Attendees will also hear from KOP-BID’s Executive Director, Eric Goldstein. He will emphasize the importance of strategic partnerships and the continued success achieved in King of Prussia from Township and County government working together with nonprofit and corporate organizations to re-imagine and reposition the community.

The Annual Report stresses that King of Prussia, one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s greatest locations for business, continues to be suburban Philadelphia’s largest commercial center, and stands to grow into the image of one of America’s most desirable edge cities.
