Over $30K Raised for Charities at This Year’s Mr. Harriton Competition

The 10th annual Mr. Harriton competition did its decennial anniversary proud by managing to raise more than $30,000 for charities, surpassing the highest previous tally by over $11,500, write Ricky Sayer and Ben Feldman for Main Line Media News.

Billed “The Party of The Decade,” the event saw 10 upperclassman compete, with Joel Danilewitz emerging as the winner.

The competition was held at the Harriton High School auditorium on February 24. All proceeds have been donated to multiple charities, including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Lower Merion Township Scholarship Fund.
