This position develops and delivers new hire training and ongoing training programs, identifies potential learning gaps in training while offering positive solutions, and observes MSR calls to ensure telephone etiquette guidelines are followed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of three years of experience in operations, preferably as a manager, and a minimum of five years of experience in leadership or management training.

Secondary Market Analyst

This position originates new contracts in the secondary market for the sale of new and existing loan pools and ensures that secondary market operations are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field, a minimum of three years of mortgage experience in the secondary market, and knowledge of GSE secondary mortgage market requirements.

VP, Retail Division Manager
