Winemaker Christopher Boyd and Chef Kyle Fry team up for a Winemaker’s Dinner at Boyd’s Cardinal Hollow Winery on Friday, January 13 in West Point, PA.
The second event in their signature Winemaker’s Dinner Series, Chef Fry of Fry’s Catering has crafted a delicious three course menu which guests are sure to enjoy.
“Our first event back in December was a success and we were very happy to have partnered with Cardinal Hollow. We’re looking forward to this one even more,” says Chef/Owner Kyle Fry.
During the dinner, guests can choose from appetizers and entrees highlighting such satisfying foods as: Beef Wellington Bites, Poke Tuna, Herb Roasted Poussin, and Stuffed Turkey Breast. A Salted Caramel Apple Crisp paired with Cardinal Hollow’s Apple Wine will be the featured dessert of the evening.
Running from 6:30pm – 9pm at Cardinal Hollow’s West Point location, guests are encouraged to call ahead for reservations as seating is limited.
