New Members of VFTCB’s Board of Directors Bring Decades of Experience, Insight

Hot off a record 2016, the Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board has jumped into 2017 by naming two new members, Kristopher Fair and Beth Moy, to its current Board of Directors.

Fair is General Manager of Blue Bell Country Club, which – along with its sister property, Normandy Farms Hotel and Conference Center – generate more than 350 weddings, 40 golf outings, and thousands of room nights on an annual basis. His past experience includes serving as general manager and COO of Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli.

Moy is Executive Director of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Consortium for Higher Education (SEPCHE), a collaborative of eight independent colleges and universities in the Philadelphia region. As such, she facilitates the collaborative work of consortium committees and the Presidents Council.

In addition to overseeing the budget, Moy manages consortium development efforts and nurtures relationships with community, foundation, and government partners.

“We are really excited to bring Kris and Beth onboard,” said Mike Bowman, President and CEO of the VFTCB. “They both bring a unique perspective to our mission of promoting Montgomery County on a regional, national, and even international level. We look forward to working with them, and are assured their contributions will be valuable, insightful, and creatively strategic.”
