Lean Construction Specialist
This position facilitates lean training as required in the home office and at various site locations. He/she works closely with assigned business lines and regions to identify improvement opportunities for reducing cost and improving efficiency and productivity. The person deploys process management systems on key processes and monitors upstream indicators and output KPIs. He/she will document lessons learned and ensure that best practices are incorporated into formal business processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry. The person will preferably have utility infrastructure industry experience.

This position provides administrative support to the senior director and the team members of the health, safety, and environment department. He/she performs a variety of responsibilities, including answering phones, managing calendars, travel and expense management, and meeting and event coordination. The person performs data entry, database management, and creates reports.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of executive assistant experience preferably supporting senior level executives. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. He/she will have excellent proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Adobe, and SharePoint. The person will have impeccable integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Field QA Tech Construction
This position works on key customer accounts monitoring the integrity of gas service installations using camera technology. He/she assists project managers, superintendents, and crews with field quality activities to document the integrity of existing and new natural gas lines. The person transfers information and updates asbuilts daily.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess construction and gas utility experience. He/she will be able to perform physically demanding work at active construction sites. The person will have computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. An associate degree is helpful but not required.
