Regulatory Business Operations Manager

This position contributes to process maps for all key OCRO regulatory deliverables to identify interdependencies, optimize efficiencies, and enhance training and compliance. He/she facilitates team meetings, leads subteams, and manages workstreams within a project. The person authors new process documentation and ensures that appropriate monitoring and reporting are in place.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in science or business. He/she will have at least five years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry experience. The person will have understanding of the principals of project planning and execution.

Principal Clinical Data Manager

This position serves as the single point of accountability for data management deliverables at an assigned level within a given clinical development program. He/she provides global internal and external expertise for complex data management and data quality considerations. The person has direct or matrix management and oversight of the deliverables from clinical data scientist professionals, and may include staff in multiple countries across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience with clinical trials, risk management, compliance, quality, and safety. The person will have experience working with key global preferred suppliers to ensure deliverables are up to standard.

Manager, Clinical Statistics

This position provides statistical input to the design, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of clinical studies. He/she builds and maintains effective strategic working relationships with internal and external partners to meet business needs. The person identifies, develops, and implements novel statistical methodologies in support of medicines development and product life-cycle management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. or M.Sc or equivalent in a statistical discipline. He/she will have a minimum of four years of experience in the design, execution, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials and in a broad range of statistical methodologies. The person will have prior experience with pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics endpoints, and linear as well as nonlinear dose response modeling.
