King of Prussia’s Economic Success Set to Continue This Year

By

Since 2008, close to $1 billion has been spent on office, retail, apartment and flex properties as well as land.developable land in King of Prussia.

For nearly a decade, King of Prussia has been one of the driving forces in economy of the Greater Philadelphia area, and this year promises to offer more of the same, according to a staff report from Philadelphia Business Journal.

Just how attractive King of Prussia area is to real estate investors is visible from Montgomery County property records which show that since 2008, close to $1 billion has been spent on office, retail, apartment and flex properties as well as approved, developable land.

One of the main reasons for this ongoing investment is that King of Prussia has both national and international name recognition. It is also considered as a solid and stable market for investors looking to get a piece of the ever growing pie.

So much so that the momentum King of Prussia has enjoyed over last decade is unlikely to slow down this year with several new projects already in the pipeline. These include HTH Worldwide’s new headquarters, luxury apartments at the Village at Valley Forge, a Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th store in the Overlook at King of Prussia, as well as a huge new Bassett Home Furnishings Store.
