Continuing its expansion from a small Chester County dairy stand into a regional natural foods retailer, Kimberton Whole Foods will be opening its largest store yet in Collegeville, writes Joe Zlomek for The Post.

The Phoenixville retailer, which also has stores in Douglassville, Downingtown, Malvern, and Ottsville, will be opening a 12,800-square-foot grocery store in the Collegeville Shopping Center in fall next year.

The store will include “an extensive bulk foods department, expanded food service offerings, and ample indoor and outdoor seating,” according to company owner Terry Brett.

“Adding high-quality retailers like Kimberton Whole Foods to our center allows us to better meet the needs of the Collegeville community,” said David Vender, north region president for Brixmor.
