This position works with clients by walking them through the customization process and the various options they have to make themselves stand out through the magazine. He/she educates clients about the magazine itself with a professional and respectful manner. The person maintains a standardized documentation process in the system of record that is detailed, accurate, and includes appropriate direction for peripheral departments.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. He/she will have one to three years of experience in the customer service/sales field. The person will preferably have previous experience in a corporate call center.

Outside Sales Presenter

This position prospects and cold calls potential clients, lining up meetings with groups of five to 50 business professionals. He/she arrives at the meeting, shares the company’s program with the group, and then closes prospects on an individual basis immediately following the presentation. The person generates his/her own leads by calling on business professionals in the area and signing them up for trials of the program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment. He/she will have a strong skill set in public speaking and sales closing. The person will have a professional appearance, engaging personality, and winning attitude.

Marketing Coordinator

This position manages and executes marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, print, video, social media, and others. He/she will use a variety of tactics, such as content marketing, native advertising, event marketing, and more. The person adjusts campaigns as needed and generates reports to review results.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing and two to three years of relevant experience. He/she will be familiar with how campaigns work, especially paid search and paid social. The person will know how to do keyword research and A/B testing.
