Business Development Coordinator
This position teams with multinational pharmaceutical companies to define requirements for the packaging of products for clinical trials while advising clients on the technical aspects of clinical trial packaging in order to generate detailed proposals for the client. He/she performs ongoing maintenance of quoted services to ensure quote accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, though a bachelor’s degree in science or business is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of two years of experience in a sales, support, or customer service role. The person will have experience in direct contact with clients by telephone and face-to-face meetings.

Contract Analyst
This position generates and processes all study-specific change order documents. He/she ensures that the contracts and CCF databases and all related files are accurate and updated. The person works with the proposals team to facilitate the change control process and required contract amendments. He/she provides monthly support to administration for accounts receivable aging issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, though a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or life science is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of two years in a sales, support, or customer service role. The person will have preferably have one to three years of sales and marketing or clinical research experience.

Financial Controller
This position prepares monthly management accounts for the company and all related reporting. He/she prepares annual budgets and conducts regular forecasting, reports against those budgets and forecasts, and drives the action necessary for the company to achieve desired results. The person maintains and develops the financial control environment in all of the company’s entities worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and accounting certification. He/she will preferably have a master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business related discipline. The person will have five to ten years of progressive accounting and finance related experience.
