Supply Development Receiving Specialist

This position leads the effort to identify, implement, and coordinate optimal and sustainable replenishment solutions. He/she initiates and takes the lead in improvements to the current supply chain network. The person secures accurate input to the mid-term planning/long-term planning process on DD, transit, and combined supply development for the region.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or business, or equivalent experience. He/she will have two to four years of experience in supply chain or retail with proven knowledge of replenishment solutions, concepts, and execution. The person will have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Accounting and Reporting General – Transactional

This position prepares and performs the day-to-day operations of the transactional accounting activities that occur within the US. He/she prepares and supports the reconciliation of various weekly domestic and foreign payments, supports overall transactional accounting compliance, maintains and verifies process controls within transactional accounting, and supports the team in their professional and personal development.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, or relevant IKEA experience. He/she will have at least one year of transactional accounting experience in a multi-national corporate environment. The person will have accounts payable experience and the ability to communicate complex accounting issues in clear terms to non-financial personnel.

Supply BA Specialist

This position proactively ensures product availability by monitoring the need calculation based on exceptions, as well as setting priorities within the region in case of limited supply. He/she secures availability of agreed articles used in global and country activities by following up delivery plans and act on deviations. The person works to ensure a healthy stock structure.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or retail, or equivalent experience. He/she will have one to three years of experience with supply chain or retail and a proven understanding of the supplying process. The person will have proven analytical skills and the ability to work in a complex system environment.
