Business Systems Administrator

This position manages Sage 500 and Infor CRM, working across departments to ensure that business systems are being used effectively and efficiently. He/she designs processes that best use Sage 500 and Infor CRM functionality to support business needs. The person builds and maintains customizations to simplify order entry, bill of materials maintenance, item maintenance, and more.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Sage 500, Infor CRM, and SQL. He/she will be able to write technical documentation for process design, system design, and end-user training. The person will be able to manage Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL Servers.

Supply Chain Manager

This position plans, develops, organizes, and optimizes the company’s supply chain from forecasting inventory and component needs through customer delivery. He/she analyzes sales orders to determine order quantities and tracks timelines to meet production requirements. The person develops analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of supply chain management experience in progressively responsible positions. He/she will have strong analytical, multitasking, and collaboration skills. The person will be enthusiastic about a company culture that is progressive and socially responsible.

Director of Fulfillment

This position manages day-to-day activities ensuring that all orders are accurate and ship on time. He/she collaborates with warehouse managers to create an exception driven operations process flow. The person coaches fulfillment staff with a focus on developing internal capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, composure, patience, practical thinking, and long-range planning skills. He/she will be computer literate with a willingness to learn new applications. Experience with MAS500 and Crystal Reports is a plus. The person will be able to collaborate and work with a team, pitching in when the need arises.
