Actuary
This position calculates and explains variances in the administrative and claims savings based on each client’s contractual requirements including identifying emerging patterns or issues in the analysis. He/she verifies the accuracy of claims and census data used in savings calculations by reconciling claims in the Accolade data warehouse with other sources of claims data provided by health plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or MBA in actuarial science, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field. He/she will have FSA actuarial professional designation or an ASA with equivalent work experience. The person will have seven to ten years of actuarial experience within the healthcare industry.

Business Intelligence Data Engineer
This position works with a team developing data integration software using Talend Big Data, Hortonworks, and Amazon RedShift. He/she works closely with product owners, designers, developers, architects, quality engineers, and DevOps to deliver innovative solutions. The person works closely with other data platform engineers to establish data requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of education and/or relevant experience in business intelligence, data integration, data architecture, and full product lifecycles. He/she will have expertise in SQL, RDBMS, and database technologies.

Operations Process Analyst
This position is responsible for spearheading the execution of internal projects designed to improve day-to-day productivity across Accolade’s client experience and operations. He/she identifies, researches, designs, implements, and measures the effectiveness of said projects. The person diagnoses process improvement opportunities and develops solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. An MBA or master’s degree is a plus. He/she will have a minimum of three to five years of experience working in health care, insurance, financial services, or other related businesses in an operations, business process management, or project management role.
