Acquisition Analyst

This position works with Gibraltar’s Senior Acquisitions Manager and the Associate Acquisitions Manager, underwriting and valuing residential land and other real estate, as well as conducting comprehensive market analysis and research. He/she provides support for due diligence related to Gibraltar’s investments and assists in the search for new investment opportunities. The person conducts economic, demographic, and market research on investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or finance. Real estate experience in the areas of home building, development, finance, or market research is a plus. He/she will have financial modeling skills/proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Community Association Administrator

This position administers the proper entry of data into the Community Connection database. He/she tracks, acquires, and properly files recorded documents for each community, as well as acquiring missing data for existing community associations. The person converts paper files to electronic format and organizes them.

The ideal candidate will have superior customer service, communication skills, organization skills, and problem solving skills. He/she will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The person must have a “Certified Manager of Community Associations” designation, or commit to acquire it in short order.

Assistant Division Controller

This position prepares month-, quarter-, and year-end analyses. He/she assists operation personnel with project budgeting and variance analysis. The person prepares division P&Ls, operations analyses, and projections. He/she interacts with all levels of operations personnel, internal auditors, and corporate personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and five to seven years of professional experience with a minimum of two years experience as a supervisor. He/she should have strong knowledge of Excel and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Construction or commercial/real estate development background is a plus.
