Fraud Analyst

This position focuses on analyzing and reviewing online transactions to enable sales and mitigate fraudulent activity. He/she uses discretion and ingenuity combined with best in class tools and teammates to help Radial’s Fraud Management Solutions organization continue to deliver industry recognized best in class results. The person investigates and links fraudulent transactions in order to stop fraud rings.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills. He/she will preferably have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or criminal justice, and one to three years of professional work experience. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is preferred.

Sales Operations Analyst

This position supports and works with various business and functional partners to play a key role in the success of the company’s sales teams. He/she supports and creates business processes, enabling sales productivity and driving best and next practices across the sales organization. The person assists with pipeline, sales reporting, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or finance, and two to five years of experience in a similar role. He/she should have strong experience with sales analytics, financial analysis and/or commission accounting. Sales/marketing support experience is strongly preferred.

Tax Support Analyst

This position is responsible for managing all client sales and use tax support requirements for Radial. He/she is responsible for tax reports generation and assists in data gathering for tax audit support for partners. The person serves as the secondary interface between Radial and its tax software vendors.

The ideal candidate has one to five years of experience. He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel expertise. Ideally the person will have had some exposure to tax return preparation software, GoSystem, ProSystem, TaxWorks, Vertex, and Sabrix.
