HR Benefits Assistant Manager

This position maintains cost-effective benefit plans that meet the needs of the Field Operations and Corporate Office. He/she provides support to all field operations and manages the centralized processing of all functions related to employee benefits, union collective bargaining agreements, payroll reporting, supporting the e-hire process, employment verifications, and more. The person assists in managing weekly processing deadlines to ensure accuracy of payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of human resource supervisory level experience working for a large diverse company, a recent degree in human resources, or a related degree or certification with at least two years of related experience. He/she will have knowledge of administration for all benefit plan types, including all related areas within the job description.

Retirement Plan Specialist

This position provides subject matter expertise on administration, compliance, vendor management, and reporting. He/she provides communication and education for retirement programs. The person conducts research and data analysis regarding various aspects of different plans, performs compliance during due diligence of acquisitions, identifies and develops process improvements, and transitions and implements new programs seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and a minimum of five years of experience in retirement plan administration. He/she must have exceptional Microsoft Office skills and experience with PeopleSoft. The person must have direct experience with retirement plan compliance and regulatory requirements.

Union Benefits Specialist

This position ensures that benefit plans and deductions adhere to the governing union contracts. He/she processes all benefit payments and union dues deductions, reviews renewed contracts for changes in contributions and methods of payments, and maintains employee records. The person processes weekly and monthly uploads for union payments and verifies and distributes various informational reports.

The ideal candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. He/she must have excellent math aptitude and good written communication skills.
