It’s a lot of things to a lot of people, but one thing hasn’t changed much over the years: It’s hard to beat a Lower Merion education.

Touted as a top 25 school in the nation, Lower Merion School District brings everyone together — from a collection of communities that includes “Bala Cynwyd, Wynnewood, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, Villanova, Gladwyne, Pencoyd, Belmont Hills, Penn Wynne, Roseglen, Overbrook Hills, Penn Valley and Merion,” according to a Philly.com report by Alan J. Heavens.

Home prices are just as diverse, ranging from $100,000 to many million, with the average selling for $615,000. And from those homes, Lower Merion residents are driving both into the city and farther out for work.
