Manager of Enrollment Events & Student Visit Experience

This position will oversee the daily operations and administration of all components of the Admission Office’s on-campus and off-campus event and visitation programming intended for prospective, accepted, and enrolled students and families. This individual will also oversee the planning and execution of specialized programming designed to educate key influencers about the educational opportunities available at The Baldwin School.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have two to four years of experience in event planning, admissions/enrollment management, or a related field. He/she should have experience in a non-profit, educational, or closely related setting. Marketing, sales, or public relations experiences are helpful.

Staff Accountant

This position assists with all daily accounting functions, including student billing, accounts payable and receivable, W-9 and 1099 preparation, tax reporting, and other general accounting operations. He/she assists Controller with day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the Finance/Business Office. The person develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records and ensure accurate and timely financial information.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting, and have a minimum of two to four years of relevant experience in a non-profit or independent school environment. He/she should have demonstrated proficiency with Excel and knowledge of Blackbaud, Education Edge, Raiser’s Edge, or other accounting software. The person will also have the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, parents, and other constituents.

The Baldwin Fund Manager

This position is responsible for the overall implementation of The Baldwin Fund Annual Plan, which includes developing broad-based, strategic relationship management plans. He/she is charged with creating programs and events designed to strategically identify and cultivate all constituencies in meaningful ways that transition into engaged volunteers and donors. The person will review programs, analyze responses and outcomes, and recommend changes to increase goals and objectives of The Baldwin Fund.

The role will develop, implement, and manage the strategic plan (budget, schedules, staff, communications, prospect segmentation, etc.) for a comprehensive annual giving program, including phone-a-thons, direct mail, and personal solicitation. He/she will coordinate with relationship managers on annual fund solicitation strategies for prospects and participate in moves management process.
