Business Effectiveness Director

This position will define sales strategy and activation plan for new channels/new account types, and will lead and manage critical projects to advance organizational effectiveness in dynamic channel selling environment. He/she will develop training and developmental programs for colleagues with appropriate cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – an MBA is preferred – and have seven or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience in the following channels is a plus: Pharmacy, LTC, Dialysis, College Health. He/she should have the demonstrated ability to manage projects and effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency, while prioritizing and meeting team goals.

Senior Regional Information Manager

This position leads implementation of emerging technologies to meet Regional Analytic requirements, and designs and implements quality assurance programs across regions. He/she directs cross-functional team for Data Curation in emerging tools, and develops global platforms to Innovate business rule management. The person identifies process/methodology improvements, and creates business quality standards for region.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – a Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred – and have at least 10 years of work experience with a minimum of five to seven years in salesforce operations. He/she should have experience in planning and implementing localized initiatives with the ability to drive results, analyze data, and report progress in a complex environment.

Director, Brand Payer Marketing

This position is responsible for the development and effective communication of the payer marketing platform for XELJANZ across current and potential new indications. He/she will work with a cross-functional team including Brand Marketing, Account Management, Customer Analytics, Global Health & Value, and Medical to enhance the value platform with new clinical data. The person will work closely with the account management team, and conduct market research to generate customer insights that inform the focus and optimal methods of communicating key value messages.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – a Master’s Degree is preferred – in business or a healthcare-related course of study. He/she should have 10 years of combined experience within the U.S. pharmaceutical/healthcare market with primary focus within Payer Brand/Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and/or a Market Access function. The person should have familiarity with key payer conferences, customers, and opinion leaders, and experience designing and leading payer ad boards and market research.
