Senior Accountant

This position’s responsibilities include general ledger accountability, financial reporting, and analysis. He/she assists with preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. The person will prepare assigned schedules for annual financial audit, and assist with preparation of audited financial statements. The individual will also tend to payroll and accounts payable responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate must have an Accounting degree – a CPA and/or MBA is a plus – and at least five years of relevant experience. He/she should have excellent communications skills, and the ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.

Quality and Compliance Coordinator

This position will work collaboratively with all departments to effectively manage and integrate quality management and compliance with regulatory requirements and company practices. He/she will serve as a liaison between each facility and the corporate office to aggregate quality improvement data and track outcomes. The person will perform medical record chart reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and will assist in root cause analysis of all serious incidents and sentinel events.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field, and have experience working in a healthcare environment. Experience with insurance, regulatory, and accrediting bodies and their requirements as they apply to RCA is a plus. The person will have the ability to independently recognize high-risk, high-volume processes and apply analytical skills to assure quality outcomes.
