Senior Project Manager

This position will manage the project management cycle for the implementation of new client projects both directly and indirectly, and will manage strategic client relationships after the successful implementation of new client projects. He/she will demonstrate flawless execution of business strategies for implementation and relationship management, and will direct and participate in the development of new features and functionality that may be requested by clients during the sales, implementation, or post-launch process. The person will develop strategies and materials to increase the quality and efficiency of support to clients and users.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three to five years of relevant experience and/or training. Project management experience is required, as is relationship management experience. He/she should have expertise in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Microsoft Project.
