Greenphire’s King of Prussia office has revolutionized the workplace by making sure the expectations of its 95 employees are exceeded, writes Jacqueline Tanner for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The 18,000-square-foot office located on Allendale Road has been named Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” three times in the past four years for good reason.

The company’s leaders say that the open office layout, with its one-of-a-kind, green bungee chairs and walls you can freely draw on, ensures a collaborative office environment. This comfortable area also includes foosball and air-hockey tables for further relaxation.

The tech company takes full advantages of holidays as well, regularly holding beer-pong tournaments for St. Patrick’s Day, complete with green beer. For March Madness, the games are broadcast on big-screen TVs throughout the office.

Food is another key aspect of its office environment with its big communal kitchen and cafeteria organizing specials, such as weekly Amazon Fresh deliveries, chili cook-offs, specially made pies for Pi Day, and beer Fridays.
