Assistant Director of Admission
This position plays a key leadership role in the Office of Admission by providing informal mentorship and guidance to junior members of the staff. This includes acting as a role model of exemplary admission practices, as well as taking an active role in the campus community. He/she will be active in planning, implementing, and assessing the transfer and/or international recruitment plans of the office. A proactive and nimble approach to evolving environments in application development, project management, and higher education trends is needed for successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least three years of progressively responsible admission, higher education, or related experience. Experience with either transfer or international admission, or both, and the development of comprehensive international recruitment plans is required. The person will have an in-depth knowledge of, and passion for, the liberal arts.

Assistant/Associate Director of Annual Giving (Direct Mail)
This position is responsible for developing and implementing plans to meet and increase annual giving revenue goals from constituents through direct mail. He/she is responsible for concept, scheduling, and execution of all Annual Fund mail including segmentation strategy, testing packages, and initiatives and reporting results. The person shall demonstrate a focused and strong work ethic so that annual revenue goals are met.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have previous experience in annual giving, membership, or direct mail program. He/she should have knowledge of fundraising process, information systems, and development management databases. Experience managing volunteers and a proven record of meaningful engagement is required.

Assistant/Associate Director of Annual Giving (Phonathon, Student Philanthropy, and Young Alumni)
This position is responsible for developing and implementing plans to meet and increase annual giving revenue goals from constituents, with an emphasis on the phonathon (student calling), student philanthropy programs, including the senior class gift campaign, and co-management of the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Council.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have previous experience working, interning, or volunteering in a development department or fast-paced customer service, public relations, or marketing organization. He/she should have knowledge of fundraising process, information systems, and databases.
