Headquartered in Fort Washington, TruMark Financial provides savings, transaction, and credit services solely for its members. In 2005, the credit union’s field of membership changed to include anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role will develop, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns to increase membership and product/service penetration. Responsibilities include SEO/SEM, click-through campaigns, paid search, display/banner ads, mobile, video, and performance-based social media campaigns. He/she will analyze paid search and display advertising campaign performance to provide appropriate recommendations to VP of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications. He/she should have a minimum of three years of experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing department environment. Past experience in the financial industry a plus. Role requires digital marketing experience.

Branch Manager

This position is responsible for the overall performance of the branch including all sales and performance goals. He/she implements existing policies and procedures and makes recommendations regarding revisions. The person interacts with department supervisor to achieve credit union goals and superior member service. Role will ensure operational integrity including compliance in all policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a business field, and have work experience with a financial institution in supervisory capacity. He/she will have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with members and employees. Strong public speaking skills are required.

Member Service Representative

This position will effectively cross-sell and uncover sales opportunities, while delivering extraordinary member service to both existing and potential new members. He/she will educate both existing and potential members about the benefits of banking with TruMark Financial.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a financial institution, and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with members and employees. He/she should have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to perform expeditiously and accurately without constant supervision and frequent interruption.
